Our Mission
This is your sub-headline

Our mission is to help people find God, grow their faith, discover their purpose, and make a difference while growing into the full stature of Jesus Christ. Accomplishing that mission goes beyond a Sunday morning experience. We believe finding a community to help you live out your faith is important. We’re committed to impacting our church, communities, and world.

Statement of Faith

The church accepts the Bible as the revealed will of God, the all-sufficient rule of faith and practice, and for the purpose of maintaining general unity statement of faith.

We believe in God, the Father almighty, Creator of heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried; he  descended into hell; on the third day he rose again from the dead; he ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty; from there he will come to judge the living and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy redeemed church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting.

The One True GOD
This is your sub-headline

There is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God, the Father—Creator of all things, by His Word all things were created and through the power of His Word all things are held together. He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to redeem mankind unto Himself. A relationship with God comes through Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is God manifested in the flesh, the only begotten Son of God, conceived by the Holy Spirit, and born of a virgin.

The Scriptures Inspired
This is your sub-hea
The Scriptures, both Old and New Testament, are the inspired, infallible revelation of God to man and the authority of faith and conduct. (2 Tim 3:13-17; 2 Pet 1:20-21; Heb 4:12; Psalm 119:89; 1 Pet 1:23-25; Gal 1:8-9; Matt 5:18; Is 40:8)
The Salvation of Man
This is your sub-headline

Mankind is separated from God due to sin, but God desires all to repent and be saved. Salvation comes through complete commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, and is received by faith alone. The Holy Spirit confirms salvation inwardly, while outward evidence is seen in a life of righteousness, holiness, and good works, which will be rewarded in eternity.

Ordinances of the Church
The ordinances are God-given reminders of the gospel of Jesus Christ. When a church practices the ordinances, it is obeying the command of Jesus and focusing on his work

In Christianity, ordinances are religious rituals that Jesus instituted for Christians to observe and do. The term "ordinance" is often referred to as "sacrament", which is an outward sign of an inward grace.

Water baptism is a public declaration of committing to Jesus Christ. At "The Light," we invite new believers to be baptized. It identifies us with Jesus in His death and resurrection. It's also a time for celebration.

Communion Service

We commemorate Jesus' death, burial, and resurrection and promise to take us home with Him. On second Sundays, we fulfill Jesus' instruction when we gather.

Praise and Worship
"God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” John 4:24

True worship is God-centered worship. Worship is reserved only for God. Only He is worthy, not any of His servants or anything else. We worship in spirit and in truth. We acknowledge God and all His power and glory. Join us in song, dance, and Word as we celebrate Christ holiness.

Rapture
Believers will be taken from this world to meet Jesus in the air. "The Light" is fully awake, waiting, and watching for His appearance.

For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 1 Thess. 4:16-17

SERVE
There are many ways to help and make a difference, like teaching kids about Jesus, welcoming guests, volunteering with production, distributing food, supporting a ministry, or bringing hope through evangelistic efforts.
Children's Church
We partner with parents to lead children to follow Christ. Kids aged 3-12 learn biblical truths and real-life lessons through age-specific lessons and activities, which can be applied in daily life and schooling.
